Fiat Chrysler Automobiles India has announced a nationwide loyalty camp where Fiat customers can avail of special services that will be conducted at all Fiat authorised dealerships.
Scheduled to happen between 19th and 25th September, this camp is primarily organised to reach out to Fiat’s customer base across India. Well, what’s in it for customers? One can take advantage of the camp to avail of benefits like 15 per cent discount on labour (mechanical repairs), up to 15 per cent discount on spares, and a 50 point free car check-up with a free body wash. FCA India is promoting this camp through Twitter and Facebook, and Fiat dealers will call existing customers through e-mails and text messages to inform them about the camp.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FCA India said, “FCA regularly conducts multiple service camps through the year. We encourage customers to take full advantage of these special service camps in order to maintain their Fiat cars at the lowest possible cost. We at FCA recognise that after-sales plays a key role in customer satisfaction and this is just one initiative which we take to make sure our customers across India can avail themselves of good value high skilled service."
