Kia EV6 facelift

Model launch date:

The Kia EV6 facelift is expected to be launched in India in March 2025.

Variants:

The EV6 facelift will most likely be offered in RWD and AWD variants.

Feature list:

Exterior:

The Kia EV6 on the outside will sport new triangular-shaped LED DRLs, re-profiled front and rear bumpers, new air inlets, connected LED light bar on the tailgate, and redesigned 20-inch alloy wheels.

Interior:

The cabin of the updated EV6 will come equipped with a new dual-tone steering wheel with an offset logo, digital IRVM, and a 12-inch heads-up display. It will also get a dual-tone theme, dual digital displays, and a circular knob for the drive selector.

Battery, powertrain, and specifications:

The EV6 facelift will get a larger 84kWh battery pack. While the carmaker hasn’t revealed the exact specifications, we can expect a higher and improved range at the least, if not a bump in the power output too.

Safety:

The EV6 facelift has not yet been crash-tested by any NCAP as yet.

Competition:

The Kia EV6 rivals the Volvo XC40 Recharge, BMW iX1, and the Hyundai Ioniq 5.
