Mahindra 3XO EV

Model launch date:

Mahindra could bring the 3XO EV to India in early 2025.

Variants:

Like the XUV400, we expect the 3XO EV to be offered in the EC Pro and EL Pro trims.

Feature list:

Mahindra is expected to offer the same feature list as that of the ICE XUV 3XO, which in turn got its feature list from the updated XUV400. The highlights are expected to include dual digital screens, ventilated front seats, power driver’s seat, panoramic sunroof, Level 2 ADAS, connected car technology, 360-degree camera, and a split-folding second row.

Battery, powertrain, and specifications:

It is expected that the 3XO EV will use the 34.5kWh and 39.4kWh battery packs from the XUV400. Both have the same electric motor but the former has a 375km range, while the latter stands at 456km. Both get fast charging and FWD as standard.

Safety:

The 3XO EV has not been launched and thus has not been tested for GNCAP or BNCAP safety ratings.

Competition:

The 3XO EV will go up against the Tata Nexon EV as well as future models from Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Maruti, and MG.
