  Mercedes Benz G-Class has always been a dream vehicle

  Mercedes Benz G-Class has always been a dream vehicle and it has entered the Indian market this year. When I took it for a test run, the experience was both thrilling and satisfying. The car has brilliant stability for high speed and impeccable balance. G Class has a powerful V8 5500cc diesel engine that produces maximum power of 507bhp. This vehicle comes at an extremely high price, however, it serves multiple purposes from performance to comfort and convenience. The exterior design is more or less like a big box but built with high speed stability. Starting from the multi-functional steering control, the cabin is well equipped an air-conditioning system with climate control. Moreover, various other features are driver co driver electrically adjustable seats, split and folding rear seats, rear centre arm rests, rear AC vents and front and rear power windows. The entertainment unit is inclusive of a stereo system comes with 6CD and MP3 player. This vehicle is among of the premier SUVs in the Indian car market today along with being one of the most expensive. G-Class large structure also makes it only suitable for driving on wider roads or rough terrains and would not be suitable for city's crowded roads.

  Mercedes looks just like Sumo!

  This looks like the good-old Tata Sumo. Why the exhorbitant price ? The Sumo was prone to toppling, and with a beast of an engine, I wonder if this will also follow suit ! Sumo also had good off-road capabilities. If it was available in 4-wheel drive it should be as good. Who will want to pay 1.1Cr for a shape that is 16 years old in India !
