General Motors India has launched a new customer care initiative “Chevrolet Complete Care” under which the company promises to offer low cost maintenance, exclusive warranty packages, Chevrolet U-First Customer centric programs and apps, and a 24/7 roadside assistance program free of cost for a time span of three years. This offer is valid for all new car purchases, however existing customers can also avail the roadside assistance program by paying an insignificant amount if their car is less than five years old.
The company also vouches to refund any extra periodic or scheduled maintenance cost to the customers under the Chevrolet Promise initiative by the end of third year or 45,000 kms with regards to the committed periodic maintenance cost during the sale of the car. Chevrolet cars for which the lucrative offer is valid include, Spark, Beat, Sail hatchback, Sail sedan and Cruze saloon.
Chevrolet offers a standard warranty of 1,00,000 kms/3 years on its cars which can be extended by two more years or until 150,000 kms by paying an insignificant cost. Warranty will also be proffered on spare parts and accessories for the first year of ownership or 20,000 kms. Effective from the date of purchase, round the clock assistance will be valid in case of any untoward incident like vehicle breakdown or accident for a time span of three years. GM has come with the idea of offering free pick up and drop facility for their cars for service at the authorized Chevrolet workshops for the female customers, provided the vehicle is registered under the name of a female.
Chevrolet owners can calculate the periodic service costs using the GM India’s Chevrolet Service Estimator Online tool and can also locate and contact the nearest authorized Chevrolet service station through MyChevroletIndia mobile app.
