MARUTI SWIFT VDI OLD IS THE BEST CAR IN THE COUNTRY IN THIS SEGMENT. FUEL EFICENT, GOOD PICK UP AND I LOVED MY CAR. I HAVE PURCHASED IN 2007 AND ITS RUN ARROUND 114000 KM. I ENJOYED VERY MUCH

The car is a very reliable vehicle and does not cause discomfort during long drives due to its smooth gearbox and refined petrol engine. It is a car perfect for a small nuclear family like mine
What Can ImproveThe brakes need to be improved since i do not have a ABS version of VXI

Remarkable pick up especialy after 80 km/hr just like a bullet out of a gun.Fuel mileage quite good,Comfortable to drive in and around the city

Amazing power, great fuel economy with CNG fitment. Wheel base seems good too.
What Can ImproveBumpers and A/c Compressor issues, also ground clearance is a big issue.
Swift had some defects since it was launched, A/c compressor cools really well but makes annoying noise along. Bumper quality is not at all good, I got these repaired for 5-6 times in 3 years of ownership.
