Popular German automaker Audi has come up with an innovative program named Audi on demand where you get an opportunity to drive around in your favorite supercar on a per-day hire schemes. The service has initially been launched for San Francisco residents who can opt for vehicles on per-day hire basis or hire the vehicle upto 28 days. Operating via a smartphone app you get to lock, unlock and start at just the touch of a button. Moreover, the company also provides with a digital card as a backup option in case the phone batteries drains out.
The program offers cars across segments starting right from the basic A4's to the R8 Spyder. The sporty and fancy version of the vehicle are offered with mileage limit of about 200 Miles everyday and additional charges would be applicable in case you are considering on covering extra miles. The initiative offers the A5 for as low as about $200 whereas the RS 5 is offered at $440per day, and the R8 Spyder is offered at charges of about $1,285 per day.
