The release of any superhero film is a festival for fans of the comic but it is also a great time for automobile aficionados as they get a glimpse of some amazing out-of-the-world vehicles. Zack Snyder directorial Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, starring Ben Affleck and Henry Cavil in lead roles, has gathered a lot of attention since details about the new Batmobile was revealed.

The Batmobile is a huge part of the whole Batman package and several lovers of the famous DC superhero are highly particular about its portrayal. Let’s take a look at how the new Batman vehicle has been designed and conceptualized.

Zack Snyder, who also directed hit film 300, seems to have developed a Batmobile that is a combination of Tumbler (from Christopher Nolan’s trilogy) and automobiles from old editions of the comic books. The new Batmobile has deep resemblance to a tank in its physical appearance since it is muscular and bulky, which makes it quite intimidating. However, the designers have done well to ensure that the muscular element does not over power the class of a traditional Batmobile.

In terms of sophistication and technology, the Batmobile can forecast speed and alert about danger among many other things. While the style, class and power levels have been met by Zack Snyder, there is no lack of utility in the new Batmobile. The movie is scheduled to release in 2016 but it has got critics talking and fans divided already. While some are relishing the idea of watching Batman and Superman together, many are still skeptical about Ben Affleck replacing Christian Bale as The Caped Crusader.
