To make driving experience better, Ford has reportedly developed a new Sync in-car communications and entertainment system that is better performing, has better speech recognition capabilites and has a smartphone user-friendly interface. Back in 2007, Ford had collaborated with Microsoft to develop the Sync 1 infotainment system and later also developed the Sync 2 system – named as MyFord Touch. In India, Ford had been selling Ecosport and Fiesta with Sync 1 systems, and it was also due to be soon used in the 2015 Figo hatchbacks. Reportedly, MyFord Touch that was being used in international trims has been facing many issues and was not much of a success.
