The Ecosport compact SUV has been a popular seller in the compact SUV segment. The sales numbers for the vehicle proves it just right with 200,000 sales milestone in domestic wholesales and exports combined. Of which, about 112,000 units have reportedly been sold in India itself.

Apart from India, the Ecosport compact SUV is also sold in international markets like Australia, South Africa, Taiwan and other European countries. The petrol trim of the Ecosport is powered by a 1.0 Litre engine that is capable of generating about 125 PS at 6000 rpm with a torque output of about 170 Nm. The diesel trim is offered with a 1.5 Litre engine that is capable of generating 91PS of power at 3750 rpm and a max torque output of about 204 Nm.
