The new Duster facelift from Renault has been spotted on test by sources on numerous occasions. Going by images by sources, the company is also likely to offer the next-gen Duster in seven-seater variant. To accommodate the additional row, the vehicle gets slightly longer by about 15cms. Though the feacelift version has been spotted on test in the country, the seven-seater variant is likely to be launched sometime in 2017.
The current model offers 1.5-litre K9K engine and the next generation is likely to get a tweaked version that would be more focused on better performance and higher fuel efficiency. The company may also offer an automatic transmission on the new version. More technical specifications about the vehicle shall be known at a later date.
The heavily camouflaged seven-seater Duster seems to share some resemblance with the Duster Oroch that carries a muscular and sculpted look. Based on what can be seen, the vehicle may also get new roof rail styling, new mesh grill and side indicators on the mirrors. Based on anticipation, the 2017 vehicle is likely to be offered at Rs 12 – 18 Lakh.
