Car makers from all over the world are planning to introduce new models in the country in 2014. Following the trend, Renault India, the domestic arm of French auto maker, seems set to showcase multiple facelifts of its existing models at the upcoming Auto Expo. First in the league is premium SUV Koleos, which is expected to enthral the Indian buyers. Industry experts are of a view that the model will be offered for sale shortly after its unveiling at the mega event. Notably, when Koleos was initially launched in the country, it was warmly welcomed owing to its good driveability and performance. The engine capacity of this model was good and also, it was appreciated for fuel efficiency. However, the only thing which did not turned out to be good for Koleos was its price tag.

Also, a revamped version of Fluence sedan is also available in the international markets, which was unveiled at the Istanbul Auto Show 2012. It must be noted that this car is due for launch in the Indian market from a long time. Besides introducing revamped versions, the auto maker is planning to mark its presence in the Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) segment with the launch of a new model, Lodgy. Although there is no official announcement from Renault regarding the launch of Lodgy in the Indian market, experts strongly believe that the company will change its entire product portfolio. The Managing Director of Renault India, Marc Nassif told TOI that the auto maker has planned few changes for its domestic products.
