Automaker Nissan India made an announcement regarding the third edition of Happy with Nissan campaign, a customer service initiative that will be conducted from May 12th to May 18th. According to reports, the firm will be conducting multiple camps across the country in around 124 locations spreading over 100 cities. These camps will feature customer care representatives from Nissan India and they will meet owners of vehicles to understand their actual problems. Free vehicle check-ups will also be conducted in order to help customers understand their cars better. To be a little specific, the car check-up will be held for free while there will be up to 20 per cent discounts on genuine accessories from Nissan.
Arun Malhotra, Managing Director of Nissan Motor India, expressed his happiness about proceedings. “The ‘Happy with Nissan’ initiative has been well-received by our customers. This also gives us a platform to connect with our customers, and offer quick and effective solutions to their problems. As we continue to grow in India, customer satisfaction remains our key priority. We are committed towards optimizing our after-sales service operations and aim to become one of the most customer-friendly brands in India,” he was quoted as saying.
Customers can also avail the option of taking Nissan’s Extended Warranty at a base price until 365 days, following which they can avail a discount of 10 per cent after one year. Engagement activities will also be held by Nissan India in order to keep families of customers busy and give them a chance of winning car care products, restaurant coupons and movie tickets.
