After revealing the first clear picture of the production-spec Tivoli compact SUV, Ssangyong Motors UK has revealed a new set of interior and exterior images of the SUV. The vehicle will go on sale in the Korean and European markets next month, and is also expected to come India; however, nothing has been confirmed about the same.
The first interior shot of the Tivoli suggest a comfortable and feature-equipped cabin. It comes with a dual-tone layout in black and red colour theme. The air conditioning vents get silver inserts, which add to its premiumness. Talking about its features, the Tivoli gets a flat-bottomed multi-functional steering wheel, automatic climate control, automatic transmission gearbox, etc. It also gets a central touchscreen with integrated Maps, multi-information display, controls on the side of doors, push start/stop button, etc. The vehicle also gets seven airbags (Driver & co-driver, side, curtain and driver’s knee airbags). The other safety features include ABS (Anti-Lock braking system), EBD, brake assist, reversing camera, etc. It is equipped with ‘AHSS’ (Advanced High Strength Steel), which offers maximum safety to passengers’ by minimizing impact from collision.
The Ssangyong Tivoli comes with a large luggage carrying capacity of 423-litres, which is more than sufficient to accommodate 3 suitcases or 3 golf bags. The boot space can be further extended by fully folding the 2nd row. This crossover will be offered in both petrol and diesel fuel options- 1.6-litre units. Both engines will be paired to either manual or automatic transmissions.
