Tata Hexa XT 4x4 variant has been launched in Nepal at a price of NPR 77.95 lakhs (over Rs 48.61 lakhs). The top-spec variant is available in seven seat layout and continues to get the existing features as available in India.
Under the hood, Tata Hexa is powered by a 2.2-litre Varicor diesel engine which generates 154bhp of power at 4000rpm and 400Nm of torque at 1700rpm. The six-speed manual transmission powers all the four wheels. The Hexa XT variant gets four different drive modes, called the Super Drive Modes - Auto, Comfort, Dynamic and Rough Road. As for safety features, the Hexa in Nepal gets ESP, six airbags, traction control system, hill hold control and hill descent control.
The Hexa also offers torque on demand along with other features like projector headlamps, 19-inch alloy wheels, LED tail lamps, automatic headlamps, ambient interior lighting and a 10-speaker JBL audio system.
